RETURN POLICY

• All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the date the order was placed, not the date the order was received.
• All returns are eligible for store credit only. As a small business, we work hard to keep our prices fair and our products high quality, and frequent returns can have a significant impact on our operations.
• All sale items are FINAL. NO returns or exchanges on sale items.
• Exchanges may be made on unworn and unwashed items only. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the date the order was placed. Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways on exchanges.
• Bockers Brand reserves the right to deny any return or exchange if the item is not returned in its original condition or does not comply with our return policy guidelines.
• If an item is returned in a condition that makes it ineligible for resale, it will not qualify for a return or exchange. In such cases, we will contact you and provide an invoice for the cost of shipping the item back to you.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges. As a small business, these expenses can have a significant impact on our operations, and we appreciate your understanding. Any questions on sizing or fit PRIOR to ordering please feel free to email us so we can help you make a perfect sizing decison.
•Once your return has been received and approved, a store credit code will be emailed to you for use on future purchases. Any applicable shipping costs will be deducted from the store credit amount issued. Please allow 5–7 business days from the date we receive your return for processing. We appreciate your patience and will notify you as soon as your store credit has been issued.

LOST PACKAGES
Bockers Brand is not responsible for packages that are lost after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. Once an order has been handed off to USPS, delivery is outside of our control. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first verifying that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. You may also want to check with household members, neighbors, or your local postal carrier, as packages are sometimes left in unexpected locations. If you are still unable to locate your package, you may file a claim directly with the USPS using the link provided. We will gladly assist by providing any shipping information needed to support your claim.
